Healthy Child Care Iowa/Child Care Nurse Consultant

Child Care Nurse Consultants (CCNC) are Registered Nurses who provide on-site consultation, training, and technical assistance to early childhood care and education providers.  Child care and early education businesses may call or send questions to a CCNC about health and safety policies, health programs, health of personnel, and specific child health or safety issues. If you are a childcare provider and would like assistance from the CCNC, please contact our office.

Funding for CCNC services is provided by the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services, Buena Vista-Crawford-Sac Early Childhood Iowa, and Partnerships 4 Families (Audubon, Carroll, Greene & Guthrie Counties). https://hhs.iowa.gov/programs/programs-and-services/child-care/hcci
